A display that only uses power when it changes.
Holds the image with the power off
E-paper is bistable: once an image is drawn, it stays on the screen without power. The device only draws current while the screen refreshes.
Readable in direct sunlight
The panel reflects ambient light like printed paper, so it stays clear outdoors and from wide angles, with no backlight.
Months on one battery charge
With deep sleep between updates, a device can run for months on a single charge. Our Inkplate 10 draws 22 µA in deep sleep.
Easy to read for hours
No glow and no flicker. Text and graphics look printed, which suits signs, labels and anything people read for a long time.

We start from your product specification: what the device must do, where it will operate, the volumes you plan and the target cost. From there one team covers the panel and its supply, the electronics that drive it, the firmware and waveforms that draw on it, and the factory that builds it.
Panel selection and sourcing
We compare E Ink and other e-paper panels on size, resolution, colour, touch, front light and temperature range, then source the panel for you, from samples for the first prototype to volume supply for production.
Electronics for e-paper
Panel driver and power circuits, including the high-voltage rails larger panels need, plus the microcontroller, wireless, sensors and battery charging.
Firmware, low power and connectivity
Display drivers, partial and fast updates, grayscale and colour dithering, deep sleep, wake-up on a timer, button or sensor, and content updates over Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or NFC, tuned so the battery lasts months.
Waveform development
A waveform is the sequence of voltage pulses that moves the ink particles for every grey level, colour and temperature. We write and tune our own for your panel: faster refresh, cleaner greys and colours, less ghosting and reliable updates in the cold.
Prototyping
Prototypes assembled in our own factory, brought up and refresh-tuned on the real panel, then tested against your specification and temperature range, with CE and FCC planned from the start.
Series manufacturing
Production on our own SMT lines, from a first batch to thousands of devices, with assembly, programming and testing of every unit before it ships.

Each technology trades speed, colour, temperature range and cost differently. We help you pick the one that fits what your device shows and how often it changes, then tune the waveforms for it.
E Ink Carta: black and white
Up to 300 PPI with 16 shades of gray and the fastest refresh, including partial updates. The base for readers, labels and industrial displays.
E Ink Spectra 6: full colour
Six colour pigments (black, white, red, yellow, blue and green), close to a printed poster, in sizes from small modules to large-format signs.
E Ink Kaleido 3
A colour filter on a grayscale panel: 4,096 colours with quick updates. The outdoor version works from −15 °C to 65 °C.
E Ink Prism
A colour-changing e-paper film for surfaces, walls and products whose appearance changes on command.
Segmented e-paper
Fixed icons, digits and custom shapes at the lowest power, for meters, wearables and smart cards.

Deskey: e-paper hot-desk displays at scale
Singtel needed desk booking displays for four office buildings in Singapore and Australia, connected to Zoom Workplace and delivered on a tight deadline. We designed the electronics, firmware, enclosure, backend and setup app, and ran development and manufacturing in parallel to deliver every device on time and within budget.
